I've looked through your pics and cruised your previous posts. Your vehicle has some major seam and surface rust. You have been addressing some rust issues. One post mentions a rust hole on the passenger side floor. It sounds like it may be where the front frame box is welded to the floor. Have you checked the condition of the passenger side frame box? This is the member that runs from the front under the battery to the passenger compartment and is where the lower A-Arms are attached. I only ask 'cause some of the rust on your vehicle looks familiar to that of a car I was trying to build. I ended up scraping the car 'cause of the rusted frame.
