The Smiths PCV diaphragm was cracked a little. I patched it with black RTV, idle came back down, but is still not perfect.
The throttle body is gouged from the throttle position being incorrectly set. Someone is this car's past probably thought they should adjust the idle with the throttle stop screw and allowed the butterfly to jam into the soft throttle body, gouging it.
I have another throttle body from the 2nd car I got Sunday; I'll clean it up and see what shape it's in. I can always do the JB Weld fill and hone trick.
Still working on replacing the rest of vacuum hoses & tubing...
