The Ferrari 400 site mentioned does have a lot of CIS stuff, so they might be able to make Saab fuel lines. They would probably need the correct lengths and possibly for you to send in the old lines so they can re-use the metal fittings. Worth a try.
Also, I finally dug out a business card from a Carlisle vendor called "MB Service Center" that I wrote "CIS Fuel Lines" on:

The website doesn't mention fuel lines, but indicates that they make brake hoses, so certainly related (pressure lines). As I said, I'll try to get more info at Carlisle in a couple of weeks.
