Thanks guys - I have no problems at all if I run the car for a quick 5 minute trip and then let it sit for 20 minutes it will start in under 5 seconds - I have put a used Warm up regulator from my 78 Turbo - it works fine even though its a different number; but its Lambda and so is my 77 EMS - its a California car. should I try an additive to the fuel? I have a copy of the Orange service manual - the mechanic who tested my fuel pressure said the car was in spec. with the pressures listed -
I am trying to do what I can but I am no mechanic - did I mention new wires and spark plugs? new ignition coil? I think the hot start is my only option - I just don't want to fry anything - is there a quick sketch of how it could be done?
