Early 99 running lights/blinkers, still available?

The pictures link below to an older Saab 99 made me think I like the older turn signal/running lights of the 99. Are they still available anywhere? The newer ones (72-73? on) have always looked clunky to me, and the lower profile looks good to me.

Any thoughts?

BTW, I have a 74 99.
