Sorry I did not answer this sooner. There is a ground point in the engine bay where the negative battery cable and many other wires connect to the body. It is a nut (10mm I think) on a stud which is located at the bottom of the radiator on the right side "frame rail". In hatchback cars there is a ground point on the middle structural rail which goes over the top of the fuel tank back to the middle bumper mount (under the trunk floor panel). There might be some others in the rear near the taillights as well, I don't recall. I suspect there is one under the dash but I am not sure the location of that one. The wiring diagram will tell you how many there are, but not the exact locations.
