I think you have several options depending on how much work you want to put in. First is to look back through the Saabnet "sold" ads of course. The only drawback there is you don't know how much they actually sold for, only how much was asked. Next I believe Hemmings has a valuation tool (I have not tried it). Hagerty also has a valuation tool, but it looks like need to be a member to use it for anything more than a summary. A possible downside is that those tools may depend on past sales of which there are not very many. Bring a Trailer has a pretty good history; right now it shows results for 19 Saab 99s sold since 2016. As far as selling, people interested in Saabs know to go to Saabnet. If you want to try for a wider audience, then you can perhaps set a reserve and go on Hemmings Auction or Bring a Trailer. Those are the most effort as far as prep and presentation, but also put your car in front of a wider audience. BaT is probably both the most work, cost, and the widest audience. A possible downside is that with 700-800 cars listed there at any one time you may be lost in the clutter. Hemmings is maybe a bit better in those regards and has a wide audience as well (as far as I know - they seem to sell a lot of cars each week although it's not as clear the total number - I did a quick scan and it looks like maybe they have 120-130 cars on auction right now. Hemmings also has a feature where you can convert your auction into a "make offer" classified listing if you don't get your reserve.
I hope that helps!
Best,
Gary
