Craig, Offset on the Incas is stamped right on the wheel - E40mm.
Make sure you have down how 'offset' changes with increase in wheel width. As wheel gets wider offset has to decrease for 'backset' to remain the same. On the 99/900 backset is the catcher in the rear.
Tire section width on the rim width and backset will give you relative clearance to the inside on the rear. I am running 225/45 Hoosiers on 15x6.5 rims with 32mm offset on my '76 EMS for autocross. Clearance to the rear control arms was so close that I put spacers on the arm mount to move it to the max allowed by the stud length. I can just get my fingers between the tire sidewall and the arm - rear axle moves slightly side to side as the suspension moves. I get no rub anywhere with the car 2 1/2 down in front and 1 in the rear, but very, very stiff. The 16 x 6.5 Aero wheel is 27 mm offset, and Saab put 195-50 tires on these for the 900.
