yeah, you can take the H motor turbo manifold ('81-'84 in the US), bolt that to your B motor head and use the later style turbo. However, you'll need to either modify your exhaust head pipe or have a custom one bent (which would probably be around $50). I'm not sure if there will be interferance with the battery tray, the only cars I've seen it done on had the batteries mounted in the trunk (to keep it away from the heat and to re-ballance the car).
