just replaced my old battery which was accidentally fried with a battery charger that i forgot to turn off. it was not holding a charge so prolly was shot anyways, but i'm wondering if I may have done damage to any other part of the elec. system. After installing the new battery, i hoped to see some sign of life, but nothing! where does the red (+) lead terminate? there looks to be a multi prong terminal under the head (is this the alternator??) from what i can see it looks pretty cruddy under there, but everything SEEMS to be in place. any advise on where i should start would be most helpful.
thanks,
sk
