Hey Sergrei,
Replacing the heater core in the 1974 99 is easy.
First, disconnect the battery and take the alternator off the car. Then open six screws from the sides of the black oplastic cover of the heater box using a cross section screwdiver.
Disconnect the water hoses that arew attaced to the heater core. Removing the heater valve may also help.
At last, just pull the core out, clean the inner side of the box and replace in reverse order.
