A good auto repair shop will be able to take your old fittings and press new black plastic fuel line onto them. I had this done to my fuel injector lines and although it wasn't cheap, I don't have to worry about breaking them anymore. I paid $25 apiece but you should be able to find someone to do it cheaper. If you can find the right size fuel line and can rig up an appropriate tool, you might try this procedure from the Saab shop manual:
