Rust Treatment solution in the rocker panels

I have been welding in sheet metal in my 80 99 16vt for a couple of months now. Ended up finding that the rear jack point channels were pretty much completely rotted out. After I finish rebuilding the jack points I wanted to maintain the inner surfaces with rust treatment. From my manual, 75-80, there is a section on using tools to spray rust inhibitor solution into these areas of the car. Can anyone tell me what would be a good contemporary solution that would work?
This has been a huge project for me. Learned how to operate a stick welder. Fortunately, excluding two wheel well lips, it is all out of sight. Fenders, trunk, inner and outer lips of the wheel wells have been repaired. I have one more rear jack point and I should have most of the major rust taken car of. It would just be great to not have to do
this repair again.
