Actually, for a experienced Saab mechanic that owns a 99 EMS himself 8 days should be enough time to figure it out, I guess... But the coil was checked, and it seems fine, so maybe it's something else. But I'm going to drop by the shop tomorrow to see what's going on and to tell about all you guys advice and possible leads. I'll keep y'all posted...
Walter Wong from Mobile Saab Service (Saabnet sponsor) comes highly recommended through this site, but it's my first time at his shop. I usally let Ted & Bud at J&B imports take care of my car. But since my car didn't start I had to find the cheapest/best alternative in towing distance.
The official Saab dealership just 3 miles from my house said they could only service my Saab when it was a modelyear 99, because they never even heard of a Saab model called 99...damn GM...stupid Cadillac dealers should stick with those ugly Escalades and leave Saabs to experts, but I guess soon Saab drivers have to go to the Subaru dealership to get their 9-2's serviced...the person who came up with that horrible idea should be run over by a bullnose GT750!!!!!
