I may have spoke too soon...

So, fiddling with and looking around a bit at my 78 turbo project... I noticed today something that for some reason I hadn't noticed a week ago when I pulled the head off (maybe a few too many PBR's, I dunno). Buuuut, one of the cylinders is JUUUUUUUNK! As in, it's more of an egg shape than the circle it should be... seriously shot. I have very little history on the car altogether and none whatseover on the motor. Maybe water pump went, then warped the block? I have no idea, this is my first project of this magnitude and already it looks like I may be getting in over my head.
Might I have luck finding a replacement B turbo block? Is my current block NOT beyond repair? Or should this whole project just become a candidate for a 16vT??? (something I've always been against personally, but if that's what it takes to get this car on the road, then so be it)
Kind of bumming at the mo, but the body on this car is still looking to be about 93 percent at this point. It needs a hood, and looks to need some work on the pass side fender well. If I didn't say it before, I will now. This car is NOT a restoration car, I'm just looking to make it a street rod type runner for weekends and fun events, just something to bomb around in when the weather is decent.
Any advice... encouragement? Please :-)
