There should be a metal pin with a wire attached to it. The pin should be "spring-loaded" somehow. The wire usually (don't know the exact moto lita wheel) connects to a contact behind the horn button. All the button does is ground out the circuit. You could probably make something that would work. I've used pins from other steering wheels to make things work before but they are not all the same length. You'll have to improvise. your other option is to install a push button on the dash or something for the horn. Good luck.
