A few more suggestions on glue. The Permatex brand I found at Murrays Auto Parts (Item #27828). 3M also makes a heavy duty adhesive #08090, but it is yellow and can bleed through light material like the gray I used. It may be OK for brown felt. I ended up using the yellow glue on the sail panels and the back side of the main board where bleed through isn't as much of a problem. Another number to look for that I found in my search is 3M #08088.
Most auto parts stores which sell automotive paints and supplies should carry any of these products.
3M also sells spray glue....their brand 90 and 77, but I've never used them before, so I didn't want to experiment with them. I've seen them both at Lowe's and the local hardware store.
