Best thing I ever did for my wiring was to replace the original fusebox with an updated version based on blade type fuses rather than the ceramic ones. Got the idea from the the Saab 99 Tips web page, and it has solved all my "loose fuse" problems. I recommend it to anyone doing electrical upgrades.
