I brought my flywheel to a machine shop for resurfacing...After a 39 minute wait, the guy brings the flywheel out complainin how warped it was. Upon looking at the flywheel, it seamed a lot of metal was removed. Should the bolt surface be cut as well? A source told me if not, the clutch may not release properly. Is there a limit to the amount of material that can be removed? I'm putting in a new clutch with new flywheel bolts. How can I check if everything will be correct prior to installing the unit?
Thanks
