Back in the sixties when i was running strokers, I used 30 or 40 weight,
NON-detergent oil; a quart every time I filled up the tank. The cranks usually lasted to about 90K miles. Nowadays, there are so many 2-cycle oil mixes, someone runnning a stroker now probably has found a favorite. I have graduated to the v-4 because I was in an environmental job and could'NT take the heat from the EPA. I've forgotten what the size of the stroker tank was, 10 or 12 gallons, If you know that you can figure the ratio: 1qt:x-gallons.
