One area that does require attention on my recently acquired '70 96 is the suspension. I plan on replacing all suspension bushings, at least the front ones anyway. I'd like to fit some MSS springs as well as gas shocks. Now I have a pair of front Bilsteins among my stash of parts. However, I do not have the rears and these appear to be next to impossible to find, used or otherwise. So what is the consensus on KYB Gas-A-Just shocks? The price is definitely attractive. However, I've heard less than stellar reviews of them from people who have fitted them to c900s, after all isn't "KYB" supposed to mean, "Keep Yor Bilsteins"? ;-). Also, does anyone know of a Bilstein shock from a different car that will work in the rear of a 96? I've heard somewhere that Bilsteins for the front of a Chevy S-10 will work on the front of a 95/96/97/99.
