The Weber carb you seek is the 34 ICH. It came on quite a few old cars, but today they are available new as well as used. The trouble with the older ones is they are rarely set up right and require re-jetting and rebuilding. They can be acquired on ebay frequently.
You didn't ask, but I'll give my opinion anyway, if you have the mechanical skills and like to mess around with your car, take your time and find a good used one instead of buying a brand new one. The new one will be nice and shinny and ready to go but will set you back more then a few bucks. The used one will save you money but you'll have to spend some time getting it to go right.
The best reference book for this I've ever seen is Jack Ashcraft's manual Installing the 34 Series Weber Carb on the Saab V4. It's exhaustive on the subject leaving nothing to the imagination. Totally worth the investment for the book.
