Mounting a V4 on an engine stand

I currently have my V4 mounted on an engine stand using the transmission bolt holes. This is a typical rotating engine stand available from JC Whitney, Northern Tools, Eastwood, etc. I would like to bolt the transmission and starter on to the engine which means I need to move the mount to the side.
Has anyone made an adapter (or know of one made that will fit the side mount on the V4) that fits a typical engine stand?
