First of all, you can _carefully_ go through the grill with a large screwdriver and push the hood latch lever sideways to release it.
You can unlock the ignition then put the car in neutral to push it. If the driveway is steep enough, you might be able to roll it down the hill in gear and use the starter to start the engine. You want the freewheel engaged so it spins freely while you're shifting. That way you don't have to match rpms.
There is a way to loosen the reverse lockout and then slide the locking barrel out of the way of the pin on the ignition switch but it's hard to just describe. It's detailed in the factory manual.
As for the one wheel turning faster than the other, this is a function of the differential and is normal. Must be the first time you've ever left a car running in gear with the wheels off the ground.
