The easiest way to mount soccer balls is to take the appropriate size and thread bolt and cut off the head. Then you can screw the bolt onto the hub/drum and hang the wheel from the bolt until you get the lug bolts lined up. Make sure the bolt is long enough so you can remove it by hand.
