The wheels look like they are good shape, although two of them have a strange paint pattern. But that should bead-blast off okay.
The thing you have to think about is the bolts. Normal steel wheel bolts will not work. You need Sonett wheel bolts. There's a guy in Melrose Ill that made some up and you can search for them on the same site. $80 a set is his current asking price. However, several other people have said these bolts were not properly heat-treated and tend to snap off when torqued. I'm not trying to diss the guy- I've just heard this persistently over the last couple of years. Anyone have any direct experience, plus chime in!!!
Anyway, it seems like $200 for a set of unfinished soccerballs is all I'd pay. Then you have to find the bolts.
A set were up for bid just a couple of weeks ago by my friend Nick here in Vermont, including bolts.
