Hi Bob,
My '68 Deluxe has 4 bolt hubs with dual piston calipers, same as GT and MC. A couple of years ago I did a brake rebuild and got my parts from BP Northwest. Those guys are awesome! I got rebuild kits and wanted to get new pistons as well. I called them with one of my pistons in hand. The guy on the phone said "wait a minute", got a piston off the shelf, and we both made some measurements and I had 4 fancy new hardened pistons in the mail that were extremely reasonable in price...and fit. He knew which one it was and confirmed it to me with the measurements.
That said, it sure looked like the MGB calipers on their website would fit. I almost ordered up a set, just to see. It turned out that mine were in decent shape and just needed a rebuild. If I were you, I'd call them and discuss it with them. Either they will know for sure, or you can work a deal to have one shipped and if it doesn't work, send it back (as long as it's unmolested).
If you go that route or find out more, let us know!

PS- do you have a source for the rotors? I got my last set from the Swedish Saab Club before Rolf Jensen passed away. I paid dearly, but at least it was a source...
