Hi Bob,
If you mean the dual piston calipers, yes, MGB pistons and seals will fit. My '68 96 was retrofitted with this style of brakes (and the four bolt hubs) and I rebuilt them using MGB parts. Check out the British Parts Northwest website- they have plasma nitrided pistons for $13.00 each. They also have a nice selection of brake pads that will fit. I used their ceramic pads. You'll also find replacement rear cylinders for $14 each- the only difference is the locator pin is on the other side. Just drill a hole in your backing plate and they drop right in.
