Need advice on vacuum lines after 2bbl weber
Posted by BAAB (# 1214) (more from BAAB) on Wed, 25 Apr 2012 21:19:56

ok,
- I have the 1 vacuum line that is a part of the carb
itself attached to the distributor advance.
- 1 of the 2 vacuum accesses from the intermediate plate
is for the PVC valve and it is connected to the hole on
top of the left valve cover.
- The 2nd access from the intermediate plate is attached to
the brake booster.
Now here is where I am having problems...I have a vacuum
hole on top of the RIGHT valve cover, but the problem is
that the new 2 BBL Weber 32/36 carb with manual choke sits
right almost on top of that hole. There certainly is not
enough room to connect a vacuum hose to it. I can't just
plug the hole, right? This is the hole that connected to
the air cleaner on the FoMoCo/stock setup. What is everyone
who has made this conversion doing to solve this?
Much thanks!
