Specs quoted by jsaxcski2 are almost identical to those in my '68 Sonett owner's manual. Oil technology has changed so much since then that I consider them barely relevant.
Mobil 1 10W-30 will do fine and conforms to spec. 5W-30 also fine for all temps, not just winter, and will give slightly faster cold cranking and better cold oil flow. Personally I have gone to 5W-20 which should improve fuel economy slightly. As long as oil pressure stays good (rule of thumb: 10PSI per 1000RPM up to rated pressure at cruise, which I don't remember but is probably 55-60PSI), I know no reason not to keep the 5W-20, but haven't done that long enough for any issues to surface.
There are more myths than facts floating around about oil. Synthetics are factory fill for increasing numbers of makes, there is no reason to break in on conventional oil. Changing to synthetic after using conventional does not make seals start to leak. The ZDDP/flat tappet issue is much overblown and in my information is totally a break-in issue; the life of cams and lifters is determined in the first minutes of new operation and can be settled by an appropriate additive with initial fill. After that it is a waste. Synthetic blends contain at least a drop of synthetic oil in every bottle--why bother? Use Mobil 1 and change every 5000 miles. Today's oil is not your grandfather's oil.
