Just not a highway hotrod.. Although mine with a built motor happily pulls "on the cam" from 70 up to the aero limit of this poor Wagon chassis.
I normally run it much lower around 60 with spurts up to 75.
You are just going to wear out the valvetrain mostly. So with the big cams and without roller rockers we tend to wear out the valve guides. But that was with a 7000 rev limit. Now it has a 6k chip in the MSD. Make sure to run oil with zinc for the lifters and steel timing gears.
Just took this one to a meet out in OKC it was around a 550 mile day. Mostly on the turnpike. I normally draft semis and it will get in the 40mpg range. Worst tank was 30.. beating on it in the city with the group of turbo saabs. But again this is a pretty modified car. Hoping to get EFI so I can help the lean cruise. Mostly not that great with the distributor to get the timing I need.

PS it was a damn fun time. Longest trip that old car has ever been on. Only issue was the overactive chassis lube. Hit the oil pan a few years ago. Need to make a new one or at least a new gasket on the modified one on the car.
My NG900 300whp will do these mileage but it lacks the character. TurboX or the 500+ viggen are fun as well but little less "adventure" so they stayed in the garage. Now ill take AC when its over 95f ;)
She does know what to do if you hold down the loud pedal
