Hi David,
I'm sure Mark Ashcraft has them for sale. He has a vintage Saab parts business he took over from his dad, Jack Ashcraft. The Vintage Saab Club of North America has his catalog on their website. Or you could simply do a search for him.
I could probably come up with a spare fitting for you if you need it. Then you have two choices.
1. Take the two ends along with the needed length to a place that makes custom hydraulic hoses and they'll make one for you with a rubber flex line. I can't imagine it would be more than $20. I think my local Carquest would make up the hose, so it should be pretty common.
2. Some people use the regular metal tubing, but they put several loops in it to take up the flexing that occurs. I think I just read somewhere that VSaab guru Tom Donney does it that way.
