I don't think that any of it will fit a 99 Sedan. The front is completely different than a 900. The sides are shorter between the front wheel opening and the door than the 900. The 99 hatchback and early 900 hatchback are essentially the same, but I think the hatchback is slightly longer in the space between the door and the rear wheel opening than the 99 sedan, although I may be wrong there (I could measure it tomorrow). The rear on the hatchback is different than the 99 sedan and it might be that the later 900 hatches are different from the earlier cars. I've heard of people modifying these kits and making molds to for fiberglass parts for a four door 900. Maybe you could figure out how to modify it to fit a 99, but it won't be a bolt on by any means.
