The oil and brake light are supposed to both come on when the oil pressure light is triggered. It might be a bad sending unit. It might be a bare spot on the wire to the sender that is bumping against a ground at idle. It might be low oil pressure due to a bad bearing journal, a orn pump or any one of several other problems.
