Yes, you can replace or try to get them cleaned by a professional outfit - special high pressure equipment is required to blow the crud out of the injectors. To test them for leakage, remove them from the inlet manifold and sit them in individual plastic cups overnight. If you find fuel in any of the cups you have a leak. To test the spray pattern, again remove the injectors and put them into cups. Then disconnect the ignition somewhere (I forget where but you basically want to crank the car over with the fuel pump running but no spark - disconnect the coil is the easiest I guess). While someone cranks the starter observe the spray pattern for each injector and check they all spray the same amount of fuel into their respective cups. A spray pattern that is not a fine conical mist would indicate a clogged injector.
