Is yours just out of balance or is the metal damaged?
My cousin just got a rebuilt balancer (torsional damper in GMese) for the 350 in his Corvette. It looks like the vendor takes them apart, recenters it and re fills it with a liquid rubber or silicone. They ask for a core. I imagine if they don't stock one for a Saab they should be able to rebuild it. It appears to be quality work. They sleave the area where the seal rides.
I'll get the info on the company for you.
