simple solution to blocked fuel line

My fuel line is blocked in my 96. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I should proceed? Short of replacement of the line, which I am not thrilled about pulling the engine out since I just put it in last month. I suspect the blockage may be in the two right angle turns under the engine. Will pressure blow it out into the tank? Or create more problems. How will I clean the tank? Or should I pressurize the tank and go forward? How do I do this? But really it is difficult to tell where it is blocked.
Thanks to all,
Mike
