Yeah, both of these are options. I'd get a pressure bleeder - Import Parts Specialists (link below) carries the Motiv Pressure Bleeder or you can buy one straight from Motiv for $2 more. I've got one, used it a couple weeks ago to bleed the clutch on my 99T (got a new master cylinder). Highly recommended.
Alternatively, you need a bicycle pump with a needle for inflating balls and a spare brake fluid reservoir cap. Stick the needle into through the cap and epoxy it in place, screw it onto the reservoir, and then connect the pump to the needle. Pump a couple times and bleed away. You must be REALLY careful not to use too much pressure or you will damage the hydraulics. That's a nice thing about the Motiv - it's got a pressure gauge built in.
