I ran my '76 EMS for the first time this year. It now has later 900 rear axle w/ sway bar and Bilsteins, front Bilsteins, SPG springs F&R, braided brake flex lines, and new Yoko AVS Intermediates on Ronal 8-spokes. Its a new car ! Handling is very different, mostly raining today in Portland,OR and I enjoyed driving even more than before. I get much better braking and right/left transitions, greatly improved over/under steer, and now I need to figure how to modify pedals for heel/toe and or comfortable left foot braking. Brake pedal is very close to accelerator, and is not as high as the clutch. Size 13+ feet hang up on the steering column and 'tunnel' when attempting 'cross-foot' use. Any ideas experience w/ such?
