Bushings are readily available from West of Sweden. To replace the fronts, you'll need to remove the A-arms, and to remove the upper ones you'll need a coil spring compressor. The cheapo one Harbor Freight Tool sells works fine. Once the A-arms are out, you can press out the old ones and press in new ones, using a bench vise as a press and a couple of big sockets as mandrels. Bruce Turk has an excellent article about how to do this on that 'other' VSAAB website.
Those rear shocks are Armstrong lever-type 'dampers,' as used on many old British cars, and places that service old-Brit cars probably can get them rebuilt for you. Before you give up on them, though, make sure they're not just low on fluid.
The weatherstrip can be matched through restoration-part suppliers, or if you'd rather spend more money and less time you can just pay Jack Ashcraft to send you the right one.
