well, I know the rebuild kit for the rack is out of production for the 99 manual rack. I know because I have one that needs a rebuild and I can t really find any bushing rebuild kits. You'll just have to ask around for that. Since you're doing so much modification to the car you might want to install a different rack like you were saying. I'm sure you could modify the A-arms to hold a different ball joint if you want. Are you sure that the 900 ball joints aren't exactly the same anyway? The A-arms are really easily removed if you need to do mods. I dont know the part numbers, sorry. If you are having a really hard time finding part numbers ask Scanwest Autosport in seattle. They know absolutley everything. Just look em up online. They're in seattle, WA.
BTW, you're putting that 900t engine in the 99 right? I was curious because my 76 EMS has a 1990 2.1L Turbo in it with a 87 5speed manual trans. The car flies. Its nice having the 16v in there! IF your car isn;t ready for the engine yet be prepared to hammer the firewall inward a good 4 inches to fit that monster in there!
