Hello fellow Vintage Saab lovers. I need help in finding the correct red paint to use on my 1973 V-4. The car was painted about twenty years ago and I doubt the color is authentic. I work for ASA Sanel Auto Parts and our Dupont paint book fot 1973 Saabs does not look right to me. The color plate on the firewall says R2B but that color in the book,Toredore Red looks like a Maroon that might be found on an old bull nose two stroke. much too dark. Any suggestions as to the red color of seventys model 96's. Thanks for any help. i'm not too good at computors so I hope I have this at the right place.

On another note, Chris, the Wife and I have not seen a renewal for our membership that expired this Spring.
