97 900 setc, 52k, 2nd owner after 1st owner 3 year lease

i drive this car like an old lady, for after the first year of having fun fun fun, i realized i was too cheap (for now...) to pay for the kind of maintenance required to really really enjoy driving this car. well i have had a coolant leak for about 2 years, it varies depending on temperature and how agressively i drive. today i let it loose going up a hill (oh how that turbo loves hills!) and it apparently started leaking coolant like crazy. the SID lit up about 1 minute from home, by the time i parked it was just starting to steam coolant under the hood. there was just a little bit of leaking to go, and the reservoir was empty. i waited an hour and then filled the reservoir with distilled water, which began leaking immediately out of this clamp:

i tightened the clamp, and topped off with coolant, started the engine and a few seconds later, leaking. i turned off engine, tightened some more, but this is not an easy clamp to hit head on with a screwdriver (i dont have a wrench the right size to reach it from the side) i am unable to tighten any further, but i know that i haven't tightened it as much as i would, because of this clamp:

which i managed to overtighten and break. yeah!

so i have one broke clamp, one that clearly needs replacement? i'm going to have to have it towed monday to the dealer, how much can i expect to pay for the privilege of replacing these 2 clamps?

thanks,
franks
