What Does A Broken Engine Mount Look Like

Hello All
I am tracking down a clunking noise comming from the right side of the front.
I finally got all the annoying plastic off and am looking at the mount. Unfortunately I cannot take it off due to lack of proper tools. However I noticed that the Allen wrench bolt that is in it is a lot lower than the whole in the mount.
Is this a classic sign that the mount is shot? Or should I be looking for something else??
Thanks Guys
