I used a DMM on the AIC, and yes, it does read zero with the probes shorted out.
Checked running with the purge valve disconnected and the TB hose plugged, but still had problems. All the vac lines are new, with no leaks. I have not checked the TB yet.
The O2 sensors are both new. The front one is a three-wire sensor, so I am assuming that one wire is for ground. There is infinite resistance between the sensor base and the neg. terminal, but very low resistance between the engine block and neg. terminal. Should it still be grounded with a three wire sensor? I have not checked the rear sensor.
134,000 miles.
The car starts fine, so I don't think that it's the FPR. However, the fuel filter was replaced recently.
