Idling Surges.

Allan: I believe for your model there is a recall on the ECU. The recall is supposed to correct Idle Surging :) I found some information on the board about the subject while looking for 'idle surge'.

In my case, the idle surge is odd. It spikes to about 1500, while waiting a light for example. However, while running, it is as smooth as it has ever been, maybe smoother.

I am certain I did not used to have this surge. But I stupidly changed my vacuum lines, changed my spark plugs, replaced AIC hoses, cleaned the AIC, changed the PCV valve, Y splitter and grommet all at the same time. So I have no idea what, if anything in particular is responsible for my idle surges. :(
