Naturally this will drain your battery slowly. Okay very slowly, but still. Maybe will even do that when your handsfree is not clicked in? You decide.
In any case, if you have your console apart, you can always 'jump' (ie. split) from something that IS NOT switched. Such as the hazard light switch positive and connect that to the cig lighter positive post instead of the switched power wire that is currently on the cig positive. You can use a multimeter to figure out what is switched in there and what is not first. Then when you have your plan in place, disconnect your battery then do the jumping you need to do as above.
But be warned, don't do mickey mouse work! don't just twist wires and go. Make sure they are properly crimped and it doesn't hurt to wrap your connections in electrical tape after you are done to avoid shorts (or worse, fire), so do it properly or don't do it at all. Especially don't leave the old switched positive lead just sitting there. Tape it off.
Note that you will now be putting a little more current on your hazzard circuit, but your bluetooth is probably not much of a current draw and i doubt you would blow that fuse, however if you do smoke, i bet the actual cig lighter would blow it (then again, you shouldn't turn your hazards on while smoking ;)
just think it through and make proper connections if you decide to do this. or else have someone with some electronic background sit in there with you and drink a beer while overseeing your work :)
All the best.
Tom.
