You guys are doing something wronge. Rain X is like a wonder product in my opinion. At highway speed I almost never use my wipes. However, 1) you must apply it properly, follow the instructions and buff it untill you absolutly cant see it anymore from all angles. Sometimes it takes 2 applications, especially the first time. 2) it does not last forever. If you dont want to use it any more, eventually it will go away. Or you can get aggressive and clean it off with a solvent, then clean that off.
Personally I love the stuff. I started using it on my 69 VW Bug, I didnt even have wipes on the car and never needed them. I use Fog X too.
