Front rotors are not coming off!

Decided to take advantage of a 65 degree Jan. day in upstate NY to get my front brakes done, ouch! I've spent the last seven hours either trying to remove the rusted on rotors or scrounging tools for the job. I'll bet it only took me 45 min. to get the car up and remove the calipers and the rotor locating screw (Dean's post comes through again), the rest is what I get for trying to go for the record for original brake longevity (just turned 130K). A few weeks ago, I remember hearing a Car Guys Show recommendation for a similar problem, of applying lots of heat, more than a propane torch, to get them cherry red for expansion. Visualizing a day with potential to go from bad to completely horrible, I thought first I might ask if anyone has any suggestions. So far, I've used up a tall can of PB Blaster in every nook and cranny, beat on them with a progression of hammers up to sledge, and finally, torn chunks of the perimeter off with Harbor Freights largest puller. Oh well, it could be raining...wait, it started raining a half hour ago, that's why I came inside next to the warm computer.
