To me, it seems your clutch is not totally disengaging. If you have a cable (not hydraulic) to operate the clutch, then that cable could be binding somewhat with the cold. Until you can check that out, I suggest you start in neutral (clutch depressed as far as possible to reduce drag from the grea box) and keep your foot on the brake until the engine has warmed a little.
